“Do you have any shipping information on my order?”

Tracking information is usually posted between 1 to 3 work days after the order has been placed.

 

 

“If ordered today, will it be received before Christmas?”

If you need it really fast – just contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!

 

 

“It's damaged, can I get a new one?”

            If you can prove that it was damaged in transit, yes.

 

           
“I am missing one of the items I ordered.”

Depending on the amount of items ordered, at times this can lead to separate deliveries, due to production time and location. You will be then updated with additional tracking numbers.

 

“I was wondering if you could do something similar to this but different?”

Yes, we also do customization work on some of our products. Just send us a request, and we’ll do our best to meet your expectations.

 

 

“Hello. I was wondering if I could order this for my Galaxy Note 9?”

            Not sure? Get with us, we got the SPECS on most phones available.

 

 

“I did not receive my order!”

Yes we do, we can give a fitting discount depending on the order quantity, just get with us.

 

 

“Is this mug microwavable and dishwasher safe?”

Pretty much all our mugs are safe for both, however we would not recommend putting the NYC tumblers in a microwave, being that they are made of steel.

 

 

“Hey, I was just wondering if there would be international tracking for this package? Since you're in Germany.”

Yes, our location is in Germany. We also have distributors worldwide, some in the US. This can lead to slight delays on the tracking of your package as it crosses borders to get to you.

 

 

“What process is used to print on the NYC tumblers?”

The tumbler goes through a dye sublimation process. Firstly, the design is printed on heat-resistant transfer paper then the image is embedded into the item for a long-lasting print secured with a heat press.

 

 

“Can I change my order?”

We need about 1 – 3 days for shipping your order out to you. So if you’re lucky, yes!

 

 

“I was wondering is this mug big enough.”

            The dimensions are located in the product description.

 

 

“Why is the delivery taking so long?”

Depending on your global location, deliveries can take a bit longer to get to you. Get with us, if things take too long.

 

 

“Do you have Samsung S21 Cases?”

It is best to visit us around the beginning of every month, because then we update our inventory.

 

 

“Hi, I was wondering if you can do a custom light-bulb for me.”

            At the moment, we offer only the customizations seen in the product images.

 

 

“I can not track my order.”

At times, packages are given new tracking updates, depending on the destination. This is however cleared up in about a day’s time. If not, please get with us.

 

 

“Could you tell me how to upload my photos?”

Sure, after taking the photos, save them somewhere you can find again. Go to where you saved them and then send them to this address, along with any important information: hello@city2city.world

 

 

Is the phone case MagSafe compatible?

All our cases are charge compatible with this technology; however some lack the magnetic ring for a better hold during charging process. Please refer to description.
